I felt especially grateful to shankar from the restaurant team. he made our dining experiences special, always cute us warmly at the miri restaurant. shankar remembered our preferences and catered to our needs with precision. abhijit, our personal butler, ensured our engagement celebration was perfect. He was always available and attentive. i commend the staff for their excellent service (they genuinely care!).
breakfast was lovely, however it was like sitting in a nursery with children running around.

i appreciated that the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the breakfast buffet offered many choices and fresh options. i also enjoyed that the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes (i even used them!).

the hotel is beautiful and some staff members are polite. food was good at the riverside restaurant.
my stay had multiple service failures that were unacceptable. the television in my room was not functional, even after multiple requests for it to be fixed. air conditioning caused condensation to form, so the marble floor became slippery. the general manager was unavailable and only contacted me after i checked out.

i stayed at this hotel in july. the resort location was near the beach with many activities available. bicycles were available for exploring the grounds. the pool was a definite highlight with excellent service and food.
